Pakka provides a luggage shuttle service that transports your luggage between designated drop-off and pick-up locations, such as airports and hotels. Our service is designed to offer a hassle-free travel experience by ensuring your luggage is safely and efficiently delivered to your destination.

Service Limitations:
Pakka is not a storage service, and we do not offer long-term storage solutions. Luggage must be picked up on the same day as drop-off unless otherwise arranged.
3. User Obligations

Customers are required to provide accurate and complete information when booking our services. This includes the correct drop-off and pick-up locations, luggage details, and contact information. Any inaccuracies may result in delays, additional charges, or service refusal.
Compliance with Laws:
By using Pakka, you agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that your luggage does not contain any prohibited or dangerous items.
4. Payment Terms
Fees and Charges:
All fees for Pakka’s services are clearly stated at the time of booking. Payments are processed through our secure payment gateway, and we accept various payment methods, including credit cards and online payments. Prices are subject to change, and any changes will be communicated prior to booking.
Refunds and Cancellations:
Refunds are available under certain conditions, such as cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. For cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows, fees may apply, and refunds may not be available.
5. Limitations of Liability
Damages and Loss:
While Pakka takes every precaution to ensure the safe handling of your luggage, we are not liable for any damage, loss, or theft of luggage during transit. In the event of such incidents, Pakka’s liability is limited to a maximum of $300 per customer. This cap applies to all claims related to a single booking, regardless of the number of items involved. Customers are encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance for their belongings if the value exceeds this amount.
Force Majeure:
Pakka is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Resolution Process:
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms, our services, or claims of luggage damage or loss will be resolved through binding arbitration in Austin, TX, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Pakka’s liability for any claims, including those related to luggage damage or loss, is capped at $300. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial, and the customer agrees that the maximum amount recoverable in any dispute with Pakka is $300.
