At Pakka, we strive to make traveling effortless for you. With Pakka, you can easily schedule a pick-up online by specifying your arrival date and time in Austin. Simply choose the number of bags you need us to transport. Upon your arrival, a dedicated bellhop will meet you near the arrivals exit to collect your luggage. Once your bags are in our care, you’re free to start enjoying your trip immediately. We securely store your bags and ensure they reach your hotel or Airbnb within your designated check-in window, typically between 3 PM and 5 PM. Once the hotel concierge receives your bags or dropped off at your Airbnb, you’ll be promptly notified.

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to change your date and arrival time, a $10 change fee will be applied. In case you decide to cancel your service, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival time. However, if the cancellation occurs after this 24-hour window, a $25 service fee will be deducted, and the remainder of your payment will be refunded.

We understand how delayed flights can turn an exciting trip into an exhausting experience. If your flight is delayed, we aim to minimize this inconvenience as much as possible. Generally, we provide a 1-hour grace period for delays, but this may vary depending on your flight’s arrival time. However, we do have a strict cut-off time to ensure we can accommodate other guests’ luggage drop-offs by their check-in window.

Cancelled flight? To prepare for such situations, we always recommend having travel insurance. In the event of a cancelled flight, we treat it as a cancellation of service and only charge a $25 fee, refunding the remainder of your payment. If you book a new flight to Austin, as long as the expected arrival time is before 1:30PM CT we can simply shift your reservation to the new date & time without penalty. Absolutely! Your luggage safety is our top priority. We want you to travel with peace of mind, which is why we take thorough precautions. Each Bellhop undergoes a comprehensive background check, and your bags are transported in our commercially insured cargo van. To minimize any extra contact, only your Bellhop handles and transfers your bags until they’re safely delivered to your destination. Additionally, we recommend keeping any valuables, expensive electronics, and jewelry with you and out of the bags to avoid any risks.
